excellent location!
great breakfast friendly staff
i liked the location right in piazza santa maria novella. it was near the railway station through an underground passageway. the concierge gave me helpful tips and a map of the city. the breakfast was great and very quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a superior double room. The room Offered ample space for luggage. The bathroom included both a tub and a separate shower, a definite plus after a long day.

the hotel is located just a short walk from the train station. the staff provided helpful tips and an annotated map. i found many restaurants located nearby. the room felt more spacious than described.
